Do you honestly think that any company that is that protective of their proprietary technology is going to put a "white paper" of the technology on their website?
Funny you should mention that, Arthur. In my experience, companies with new, exciting proprietary technologies do two things, if they are smart. First, they lock up their intellectual property rights on the product. NCDR's proprietary technology is protected by patents isn't it? If not, and if the technology is real, it's only a matter of time (a very short time) before other companies replicate what they've done and their product becomes a commodity. Second, they publish white papers, present at conferences, and do everything else humanly possible to get their technology out in front of the eyes of the world. They do this partly to publicize their product, but also to educate the public on how their technology works so that people will be able to understand it and trust it, and will therefore be willing to use it in their businesses. Would you happen to know how many patents NCDR has on this technology, and what the patent numbers are? How many patent applications are pending? |
