The "Thing" that I must caution you on is, don't put your $money in just a couple of baskets. Diversify!! I appreciate that you might be into only grapes and land. Whatever you do, keep the land. With our planets population growing ever more each day, its value a that can't go down. Unless you don't have the staying power, to go thru one recession or two:-))
