Yaacov,

It looks like the Russians sold old Milosevic up the
river for a few billion in IMF funds. Classic Clinton
diplomacy. He throws a bunch of money in the faces
of the Serbs friends and they dump the Serbs like a
dirty diaper. Hell, if thats all it was going to take
we should have had the Bill Gates Philanthropy fund
handle the negotiations. Too bad for Nevil Chamberlain
that Hitler wasn't interested in money...he could have
declared: "Peace is at hand...for a couple of billion
dollars"
