What happened a year ago is that a few people called Steve Rash and were told the company had a bright future. I'm sorry to say I was one of them. I believed the story and bought a ton of shares. My friend Brenda Greer believed it and bought a whole lot more. We even gave the company money. Those shares were purchased at market prices and were not registered for months.

There certainly was no pump and dump here. I believed what Steve Rash was saying his company would and could be. I can't tell you how much of what he said was high hopes, or hot air, but I certainly know I not only shared it with others but made I made it sound damn good.

I feel horrible for all the people who lost money on ABMI. The sad and simple truth is that I am one of them. Still the stock would never have gone anywhere at all without the power that investors have when they buy believing in the future of a company and it's technologies.

I believed Brenda believed. Many of us believed. We shared our excitement with others and the stock did indeed rise. Heck I was so confident that I bought shares at 0.99 last year.

Call me a fool but don't call me a paid stock promoter.

It's up to the management of this company to deliver on it's promises.

Greg, e mail me a fax number. I'll send you some losses that will make you wish I didn't have the money to sue you.

I'm not paid stock promoter and doing a private placement does not make you immune from losses.

Grant, the new symbol is ABMIE. This means that ABMI will lose their listing if they do not turn in the required filings to the SEC as determined by the NASD®.

Regards, Jeff
