Last year at Semicon, 300 was a big discussion, but nothing has really emerged. In fact, it was a big discussion the year before I think.

Anyway, I asked them at the booth about 300 and they said it posed no technical difficulties. I don't think it will make a great change in upgrade. The big changes are more around form: .35 micron, .25, .18 and so on. Also, they make changes for materials in the processes.

Hope that helps. I'm not technical enough to make an answer you can't understand.
