David said the following today.

1) The share of GoProfit would go to DDEQ and the the share holders of DDEQ would get there shares before the IPO or at the same time.
He also said that when everything was said and done ddeq would sit with no more than 35% ( he did say no more than 35%)
I asked him about the posibility to buy shares early on the IPO

but sorry I did not get the answer or I cannot find it here on my paper I wrote everything down

Try and call him you self, he is a super guy to talk to
