You can eliminate News Corp from the list of potential buyers. Do you still feel a buyout is eminent?

** NEWS CORP. (NWS: 20-3/8, - 1/2) said it reached an agreement for its subsidiary to buy HERITAGE MEDIA (HTG: 18, + 5-7/8) in a stock swap valued at about $754 million. News Corp said it would pay the equivalent of $20.50 for each of Heritage's 38.6 million shares, on a fully diluted basis, by issuing its preferred limited voting ordinary ADRs. It said it would also assume Heritage's outstanding debt of about $600 million. News Corp also said it planned to sell all of Heritage's radio and TV broadcast properties, keeping its marketing services operations. See Full Story at
