I'm wondering the same thing, but only the former..NOVL is not a great company, but this is not a company going 11..it still has 1.1 bil in cash and zero debt. There are a lot of companies who wish they had this particulr "predicament". It IS a predicament in that they have NOT managed those $$ well.
