Yes Rico...underwriters will "reserve" at the IPO price "up to" 10,000,000 common stock for each of DELL and FCH ( note: all of whom have expressed a non-binding interest in acquiring these shares. I have no position in KOOP but am interested in investing in KOOP. I have this bad habit of reading carefully what is printed instead of twisting information to suit my hopes. Do you have a link to provide me with proof that DELL did in fact acquire any % of that 10 mil reserved for them? Thank you in advance.. and best of luck...Patherzen
