China cutting interest rate by 1% .... Intel, Motorola announcing 300mm wafer fabs .... 1/4% to 1/2% US interest rate rise almost all factored in ..... Nas held 2500 .....

I think we are just about done with this summer slow-down. If semis start to take off even before earnings, I will not be a bit surprised. Early tomorrow morning if it goes down or sideways, I think I'll try to pick up a little bit of Intel.
