Burnt Sand Closes Acquisition of Choreo Systems Inc.
VANCOUVER, May 31 /CNW/ - Burnt Sand Solutions Inc. (''Burnt Sand'')
(TSE:BRT) is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced
acquisition of all of the outstanding securities of Choreo Systems Inc.
Today, Burnt Sand announces that it has completed the acquisition of all
of the outstanding securities of Choreo Systems Inc. for $1,000,000 in cash
and 580,000 common shares of Burnt Sand Solutions Inc. ''We are pleased to
become part of the Burnt Sand organization,'' stated Blair Baxter, President
of Choreo Systems Inc. ''This transaction will allow Burnt Sand to offer a
extended range of capabilities to the combined customer bases of the two
organizations.''
