David, Tell me about it........I ordered another BANY case just to make sure. Want to guess what you might be getting for Christmas this year? bg ps. Cool thing about my order.......I had to reenter my E-Mail address.......then it asked for my password......which I had forgotten. I needed a biometric finger scanner! Anyhow......It gave me a "hint". The hint was the secondary password I had originally filed.......(the name of my youngest son) After seeing the "hint"....I remembered that my primary password was another family members name...and boom....I was in. All of my past history and other information was in front of me.......no need to reenter . Kind of cool.......they use the secondary password as a "hint"
