They took the steps to get CPTH's attention, once they were sure they got it they backed off.

This is pure crap, Mike. Did you get that from CUST management? If CUST thought they had a case they wouldn't have dropped the suit. First they dropped two business plans in 9 months, then they picked a fight with a legit company and 10 days later, withdrew into a shell.
