I don't think LU would go after Juniper any time soon for the
following reasons:

1) Lu is still developing a competing product: Packstar with a high
hope.
2) Lu is pissed by Juniper since it has not vote right and has no
influence in Juniper's decision making process, and yet it put 1.7mil
investment in it.
3) Lu has its own acquisition model. Once Juniper IPO, it is going to
be a high flying stock. It may become very expensive for them.

To get Juniper, Lu has to change its mind set, which probably take a
year or two when the Packstar becomes a total failure. But by that
time, Juniper is enjoying high revenue and making handsome profit
and share 50% or higher market with Cisco. It will never fit Lu's
acquisition model so that Lu won't get it ever!

On the other hand, if Lu's Packstar is finally successful, Cisco will
turn around buy Juniper since it clear antitrust concerns.

It is only my two cents.
