I think that won't ever happen. While RAMBUST RAM looks pitiful right now, it will eventually take over us because

* Intel has invested $1,000,000,000 into memory makers

* Practically everyone who is anyone in Silicon Vallery (at least that is my impression because I don't exactly know) has licensed the technology from RAMBUST

* Intel's PCOAC will have some type of DRDRAM controller onboard which I think means it will only work w/that RAM

* I believe someone here posted that the Alpha 21364 will have that kind of controller also

* Intel is powerful.
