Speaking of MS, as you recall, in December 1995 Bill Gates published a book called "The Road Ahead", and managed to not mention the internet in the entire book. {What did the internet have to do with the Road Ahead anyway?) A year earlier, Bezos founded AMZN. Glenn, are you sure that Bezos is just some stupid-but-lucky goof who happened to be in the right place at the right time? Tom
