Can anyone explain the status of the upgrade to the HFC two-way capabilities. What percentage of TCI's customer base now has the upgraded system in place and what is the rate of upgrade as a percentage per month/quarter. When will it be feasible for a person who can install an internal dial up modem to be able to install all of the items necessary to obtain athm service without a truck roll. Also, is the net over TV (Wgat type service) going to be available soon from athm and what type of revenues can athm expect from that service.
