[Amati and Euristix]
Pat.

The Amati/Euristix announcement suggests to me that Amati has
gone far beyond what is needed to develop the ADSL
technology. I think Amati wants to sell to telcos and ISPs
directly with or without any aggreement with USRX or CSCO.
Now they need a video server to complete the product
line.
