Facts are sometimes hard to come by with companies in this arena. If you believe in what the company is doing when it is at the penny stage. Then my suggestion would be buy it and leave it be and check on it in a couple of years. These companies are purely speculative at this point and are a gamble in my opinion. But I like to gamble. Don't use money that you can't do without when investing in a speculative issue. members.spree.com
