Okay, so Montley Fool has posted some people that are dissatisfied with the service. Why didn't they post any responses from people taht are satisfied? The media is always biased. They are obviously doing something right, look at the increases in accounts. I am sure I could get on a message board about any company and get responses from people that aren't satisfied.

I'm not saying this isn't important, I'm just saying I wouldn't base everything on one article in the Montly Fool.
