Stan, got to agree with you on your post. I have no position in EGRP, but as a 3-year E*Trade customer, I am really getting fed up with the service. The problems with the servers are becoming the rule rather than the exception that they used to be. The customer service is pathetic. It is really irritating to see them spending so much effort to reach new customers (which will only make the problems worse) rather than taking care of their existing customers. It is my frustration with their service that irritates me enough to come here to trash the company, not as an investor, but as a customer.
