A 10-12G: A general registration filing of securities pursuant to section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act was filed yesterday, so I'd keep an eye on this one. Here's a NR from Mid May.

Company Press Release

Bingo.com-Antigua Inc. Reports Results of First Week's Beta Testing

ST. JOHNS, Antigua--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999--Bingo.com (the ''Company'') (OTC BB:BIGG), a high
technology Internet company that is developing the world's first FREE ''Bingo-based'' e-mail community, announced today that its wholly owned Antigua-based
subsidiary, Bingo.com(Antigua) Inc., has just received its first week's public Beta-Test report from its engineering team, Mindquake Software Inc., who was
contracted to design and load-test the Company's proprietary Bingo software.

In order to support the expected high volume of traffic and on-line Bingo players, Mindquake Software Inc., recommended that a Public Beta-Testing period be
implemented to fully load-test the gaming servers in Antigua and gain feedback from potential Bingo players.

Bingo.com would like to extend its gratitude to all of its existing and future shareholders and avid Bingo players for their participation, patience and support during
this beta testing period.

Jesse Doherty, President of Mindquake Software Inc., stated, ''When formulating any new software program and introducing it to the International market, the
Public Beta-Testing period is the most critical time. In the long-term plan of any new software launch, we always recommend an extended Public Beta-Testing
period be implemented beyond what may be considered 'the industry standard.' Companies that react to the 'voice of the market' and introduce their software
prematurely end up suffering long term when they discover programming bugs after their product has already been launched. This can result in reduced consumer
confidence and create long term damage to the image of the Company. If this happens, both shareholder and player confidence diminishes. From our experience,
an extensive public Beta-Testing period has always proven to be more beneficial, long-term, in gaining consumer trust and confidence. In addition, the public has
the opportunity to contribute to the development of the software and take ownership of the project's success.''

Since the Public Beta-Testing period began on May 3, 1999, over 3,600 downloads of the software have been documented. To date, each Beta software glitch
that has been identified has been resolved from the Bingo.com(Antigua) Inc. gaming server in Antigua. This prevents the need for the player to download multiple
versions of modified Beta test software.

Since the Beta-Test period began, the speed of the card generating and winning verification systems have both been optimized. Load-testing has been completed
which will optimize game play. Memory and resource links have been identified and fixed to optimize game performance and security.

A security back-up server has been installed to provide failure protection and fault tolerance. Currently, the Company uses a Sun Enterprise 450 server. They have
added an additional security back-up system to include a Sun Enterprise 250 server. This will optimize game performance, player confidence, and security in all
aspects of customer accounts and jackpot payments.

Since the release of the Company's Beta-Test software, a total of 2,600 games have been successfully played. Active generated cards now total over 34,000. To
date, a total of 4.3 million hits have been recorded at the Bingo.com site. The Company currently has a database of over 35,000 registered members. This
database continues to grow daily at an exponential rate. Bingo.com will continue its Public Beta-Testing period until it is confident that it has optimized game
security and ease of use for end users of its proprietary Bingo software.

Bingo.com continues to negotiate its joint venture media partnerships with television networks, radio stations and high traffic Internet sites that wish to participate in
revenue sharing opportunities with the Company to help promote the Company's Bingo game. Interested parties should contact the Company for further
