MMW,

I believe that the LU investment is 10 million, still leaving it as a minority investor. I also do not believe that they expect the packetstar technology to compete as a scaleable backbone IP router against the Juniper, Avici, Nexabit or any others that actually get productized. Juniper will be expensive, but if they can get them at 10-15X potential revenue estimates, they will fo it.
