American Imaging Announces New E-commerce Address & Plans For Jewelry Web Sites & Online Broadcasts
MIAMI, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- American Imaging, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMIG - news) announced today that its series of e-commerce web sites may now be accessed through its primary address, www.amiginc.com . The Company also announced the formation of a new subsidiary, Jewelry Online, Inc., which is overseeing the development and commercialization of a series of innovative jewelry web sites, including www.jewelryexchange.com and www.kidsjewelry.com . The Company will launch www.jewelryexchange.com in July, with between 500-1,000 initial items offered at a wide range of prices, all substantially below retail.

The Company is currently developing an online web broadcast for its jewelry web sites, which will mimic the popular live shopping channels currently aired on cable television. The interactive show is expected to air for three hours a week, and may go to a daily broadcast based on consumer demand. The show will be produced and directed in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, by Thomas Nunziata of Vencor Productions. The Company is working with Mr. Nunziata to produce and digitally record video corporate updates and video press releases that will be posted on the Company's corporate web site, and will be available for viewing and downloading. The first of these video press releases will be available on the Company's web site by June 16.

Through the efforts of the Company's management consulting firm, Mansueto Management, Inc., the Company has negotiated attractive arrangements with its web developers and technology partners, WhyldWeb, LLC, and Vencor Productions. These arrangements permit the Company to develop its sites and related technology at little upfront cost, with the developers sharing in revenue generated through their efforts.

The Company will incorporate into its auction-related site much of the technology and many of the new applications that are being developed for its other sites. The Company is continuing to refine its auction-related strategy that will distinguish this site from other auction sites, when reopened. The Company's new auction-related site will be located at www.amigauction.com , when available. Announcements of further developments on this site will be forthcoming in the near future.

This press release contains certain forward-looking statements that may be based on current expectations that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. Accordingly, to the extent that this press release contains forward-looking statements regarding launch dates of particular web sites and/or specific pending agreements and arrangements, or other aspects of the financial condition, operating results or business prospects of the Company, please be advised that the Company's actual financial condition, operating results and business performance may differ materially from those projected or estimated by the Company in forward-looking statements.
