Lee, INTC is actually the third, there is a small experimental facility run by Siemens, TMSC has announced plans and now INTC. I think that INTC announcement, however will be a signal to the rest of the industry to fall in line, but does AMD have the $2 Billions necessary to get into this high stake game?

As for timing, I think that we will not see any substantial shipments of 300 mm wafers until 2001, so we have at least 6 quarters before WFR can see impact from these higher margin products.
