Just spoke with Broad Capital. They are not out of SCNG - and could very well be participating in getting 3-5 million to bolster the sales force. This may be done in two weeks - and should occur w/o much problem - largely because the new management has inspired confidence. I suppose that this could be viewed more as expansion money and not basic operating capital - so - is this good news - or no news??
