Good Morning! I'm Back from a week long island vacation....and I can't say that I'm happy to be home.

There is no substitue for rest and relaxation.

I guess this is the big news that I forecasted. I must say that I would be shocked to see BellS. buy my little jewel....both for regulatory reasons and because I do not think that Qwest is looking for such a deal.

Nacchio was quoted as saying "it is highly unlikely that Qwest will be purchased by BellSouth". I hope that he is correct.

Also...I need about 400 more shares to be in position on Qwest....will anyone sell them to me inexpensively? lol ... at perhaps $80'ish?

Regards to all,

Jason
