This move was widely rumored within FSI late last year. The reality is that an chemical distribution equipment supplier cannot compete with the chemical suppliers who also supply chemical distribution equipment, so I see this as a big positive move for FSI. It will let them focus their limited resources on the markets that they are competitive in.

As far as revenue breakdown, microlith typically accounted for 35%, surface 25%, chem management 20%, with the balance service/spare parts.
