Jack, Maybe now that us why Tony Li left.. There is no love lost between CSCO and Juniper employees from what I have read. It does fit CSCO's model of not having the ability to design and deliver their own products. I would be surprised if LU let that happen in a bidding war. It will be interesting. Brian
