I would suggest one learn more as to their reason to not use a big six name...

The accounting firm of Timothy J. Lilligren of Manhattan Beach, Calif., is in the process of preparing audited financial statements for Pan Kai Development (U.S.A.) as the company intends to become fully reporting and apply for listing on Nasdaq.
