Edamo, I have thought the same- the company is sound & exhibits great growth still and the potential to sustain that, but management seems to be naieve about its image. A CEO has a responsibility to not only guide the company along the path towards his vision of the future but he needs to be an extrovert, a salesman, a pitchman, he needs to have the ability to sell the image he sees to others- to light a fire, to lead.. and if he cannot, he needs to set ego aside and put in place someone who can and will.
