The last time I called the company my call was returned promptly, then, what impressed me, the CEO himself called a couple of days later to ask if all my questions had been answered to my satisfaction! I was quite satisfied with their answers and their willingness to give them. Usually it is like pulling teeth to get info from a company. Of course, I didn't ask questions that would reveal inside information, but general business type things. At these prices I'll just keep accumulating and waiting. Jim J
