This annoucement is great news. Folks have been saying for months that OMKT has the winning technology and patents, but didn't have the marketing savvy to get sufficient value from the tech. Now they've recognized this fact, and are doing something concrete about it - the techies at OMKT can produce, and folio can sell. July calls look like a real bargain.
