My guess is that one company will pay another company the going rate or "preferred" customer rate. In one pocket, out the other, but you have to keep a clear paper trail. He doesn't need to own all of GNET. After the 17th, he will have 34%. He won't go against Russell - no need to anyway - and Russell will sell only if he wants to. IMHO
