Trikon Ships Sigma fxP PVD System to Lucent
Lucent Wireless Components Research to Use Trikon's PVD Cluster Tool
NEWPORT, United Kingdom--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 1999--Trikon Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:TRKN - news) announced today that it had shipped a Sigma fxP(TM) PVD system to Lucent Technologies Inc.
The system will be utilized to deposit critical thin films for research and development applications.
