I don't think the two are comparable. Each is in a different phase of development, if you will. Disney is huge, and apparently is a 'controlling' type of master. PA seems more laid back, is developing his world carefully, and seems to have faith in letting each part run itself, so far, without having to get involved in day-to-day chores.
