SUNW and MOT have worked together for many years. There is no competitive threat between the two. I do not know if SUNW would have considered other alliances for this important piece. This alliance is one of many that SUNW does, all of which complements the "Network Is The Computer" model. Remember SUNW made a non-exclusive agreement, which means they are not locked in to MOT and can sell technology to anyone. SUNW will never make a quick money deal, all their deals are strategic in nature.

Is this a good alliance? Indeed, Yes!

(By the way, disregard what the stock is doing early today) You will see a good bounce coming soon.
