I think what we witnessed was a clear need to split off the fiber driver division into one company, and put all of the other companies under a different umbrella. Current shareholders should receive a pro-rated amount of shares in the new company - causing ZERO dilution, change of ownership, etc... But then again, I'm just a shareholder expressing my wishes. It is great that we supply basically the entire market segment for the WDM fiber drivers. MRV is the strongest stock in my portfolio today. :-) When was the last time you heard anyone say that? Jack
