Irish With His Nose to The Ground: A quick look at Telxon web site will tell you the following: Telxon is losing big time money and recently overhauled their entire upper management. Telxon is operating on special waivers from its banks due to violation of loan covenants. Telxon restated three years of earning reports in the negative direction. Telxon is carry much debt compared to equity and revenue. This company taking over Teklogix is complete BS in my opinion. What is the name of this London broker? I want to make sure I don't give him one red cent of mine to invest. Hey but if Telxon can ever come up with $840 million I will be standing in line to give them my shares. Happy Teklogix Shareholder
