Robert, that is a very nice gift to give your daughter. Years from now she will be very grateful, I'm sure. If she will hold them for the long term, now wouldn't be a bad time to buy. However, buying 25 today and 25 next week after the reports are out(earnings,PPI,CPI) although a bit overly cautious (IMO) wouldn't be a bad idea either. Good parenting!! mozart
