CMTN has entered the zone in which it becomes an IPO volume study candidate....proper volume/float conditions as well as significant drop in volume in the last day... this condition has proven effective in the past for IPOs yet may not apply in all cases... Watch for which way it moves .. given the overall market weakness caution is advised Still working on TUTS.. not as clear.. seems to need to consolidate over a longer period that most..may need another 500K share volume before serious activity IMO and may become a possible buy candidate on a retest of the 39 range
