Update for 11:02 a.m. EDT T+plus 74 minutes. SEPARATION OF LOWER SPACECRAFT. The second pair of Globalstar satellites have been jettisoned from their dispenser mounted atop the Boeing Delta 2 rocket's second stage. Launch officials report all mission events have gone as expected this morning, allowing four additional Globalstar spacecraft to be placed into space. Globalstar now has 24 spacecraft in space, or half of the planned satellite constellation.
