Who is the wise guy who said the 'Free' thing has no effect in Europe and AOL? Lee: Thanks for that article in the Economist? Now here is something about the Free ISP service in Europe. ================================= speaking of AOL's growth prospects or lack thereof,Merrill's Blodget ..'Blodget said that international subscriber growth is "significantly weaker than expected, perhaps partially as a result of the 'free access' movement in the U.K.," though stronger-than-expected growth in the U.S. is offsetting some of the international weakness.
