It's not appropriate to compare WIND to CSCO and TXN in terms of PR and annual reports. Both of those companies are much bigger than WIND and can afford to spend more. WIND may, indeed, perform this function badly for their size. Does anyone have examples of similar or smaller sized companies that do better? And how important is it anyway for a company that doesn't sell to end users? Do we think that WIND is unknown to or misunderstood by a significant proportion of its target market?
