The large brokers rate nite D because of its high beta. A high beta stock trades violently more than its index. 1 is normal. A beta of one means when the market goes up 3% your stock goes up3% or thereabouts, when the market goes down 3% your stock goes down 3% or thereabouts. Last I looked Nite's beta was 2.2 which means it goes up twice as much as the index and down twice as much. That makes large brokers nervous and they dont like stocks like that. Freeus
