The NR regarding the acquisition of Homebaked, Inc will be later today or Monday. No one needs to release news on Friday. My preference would be Monday or Tuesday morning... Acq terms: Cash $50K and 100K worth of stock THAT is RESTRICTED for one year. Awaiting first PO from Hard Rock Cafe to release that news.... could occur any day now. There will be several NRs to come concluding with the Web Page being open for biz. Some other points: I have talked to several people in and associated with the company. THE COMPANY IS NOT SELLING SHARES. I believe them. Who is selling: I have told everyone I know who has bought this stock that this is a value play. This is NOT a get-rich-quick-pump-it-up-to-the-moon-hump-and-dump-internet-scam-hairfire-circle-jerk-goat-rope play. Those who are losing patience are selling... this stock is hard to trade because it is hard to BUY in the spread. They (MMs) will certainly buy in the spread. Sell if you want... if enough sellers, I can add to my position in the .20s TA
