Here's a description of V-Band from stockmaker.com :

By using V-BandSM technology any existing wireless devices could deliver throughput adequate for loss less high-resolution full frame, full motion video.

It doesn't matter if you call it compression or not, it is not possible to do this for random data. It is possible to speed throughput by a factor of 900 only if appropriately selected input data is used. V-Band technology as described here is a scam.
