Today, though, far more gold consumed in burials than is reclaimed. Have you not seen all the gold handles & corners on today's top of the line caskets? As in the prior "best of times many people are trying to "take it with them". Gold & silver details were seen on coffins during prior stock market booms - just before busts. Seems crazy to me, dig gold up, refine it, only to slam it back in the ground. (I'll dig up a link)(sorry)
