Yes, Jeff, you are right... CRGI did NOT put out a NR stating they were acquiring HBI... They waited till the ink was dry on the paper. Same thing with the Hard Rock Cafe deal: Exclusive Global distributorship with HRC is done... just waiting on a PO to release the news. TA
