1:27 PM (EST) and SHWD is holding back the stock singlehandedly. There have been a series of 5000 and 10,000 share trades in succession at the ask, 9 3/4. Volume is 300K +, more than 6 times average daily volume.

What's going on?

Now a 35,000 share trade at 9 5/8, below the bid. Must be a delayed trade. IMHO

Now another 25K trade at 9 13/16, within the spread.
